| Navigate

page. Please be sure to submit a valid email address so that you
receive a verification email from us. In this email, you must
click the verification link within 10 days to continue using our
service. |
| How long does
it take for my membership to be approve? |
| We use Pay-Pal
as our payment gateway. It usually takes few hours for the
payment to be verified sometimes it take a day or two depending
on your payment method. Checks takes longer because Pay-Pal
would need to get funds from your Bank. |

take orders by phone, fax, or mail? |

have a system that allows you to buy our mixes and download them

artist and I would like to have my music and videos on your
website? |
| Please use the
upload page to upload your music and videos to use. Follow
instructions as to how to upload your files to our system. Once
your folder as been uploaded, we will your page created. |

can't I create my own page? |
| Our system
design is unique and we want to make sure that every artists has
the same design and look that we want. |
| Can
people download my music and video? |
| NO. We do not
give rights for people to download your music or videos on our
sites. |
| Can I
add more songs to my page? |
| YES you can. Use
the upload page to submit the new track(s) that you want to be
stream on your page. |
| What if
I forgot my login name? |
| We no longer
require a username to log in to our system. Simply enter the
email address associated with your account and then your
password. |
| What if
I forgot my login Password? |
| You will
need to reset your password if you forgot it. To do this, click
here.
Then enter the email address associated with your i account. An
email will be sent to that address. Click the link in the
verification email to reset your password. |
